Our fee structure is also distinctive. First, we have a blended hourly billing rate regardless of the level of individual working on your account. So unlike other agencies who charge a higher hourly rate for the more senior person or a different hourly rate for virtually every person, we eliminate the guess-work. Second, we don’t believe that monthly retainers make sense for all clients. We will work on a per-project basis where appropriate. Finally, we make an investment in getting to know you up front that involves “free” time from our principals to ensure superior client service and a long-term relationship.
